If you're a PC gamer and you think you're a hardcore gamer I wonder if you've played Modern Warfare Reflex on Wii. I'll assume most haven't and possibly because they might think it's beneath them or just out of assumption that it's for 'noobs'.
LOL, think again, after my experience on Reflex I feel as if I've barely scratched the surface of hardcore gaming. Motion control is a whole new ball game compared to sitting on a couch with a control pad in your hand or by a computer using your keyboard and mouse.
It's funny how PC gamers think they're better than console gamers anyway. It's just ridiculous to think something like that. I agree using a mouse/keyboard is slightly more challenging by having to constantly move the mouse to be able to aim. I only started playing Modern Warfare 2 on PC a couple of days ago and it is more challenging than a console. But since I've just started playing PC games a month or two ago it was obvious it would be the case.
It's not as impossible as they make it sound though, as I was still able to kill some people like I usually can on PS3. Reflex on the other hand is unbelievably irritating to play for a usual FPS fan on other platforms, although some are going to find it easier than I did. My brother, who rarely touches a gamepad to play a FPS on any platform, found Reflex to be easier than Call of Duty on PS3.
Reflex is far better than The Conduit in terms of everything online and general multiplayer. It's easily the best online game on Wii, but if you put Call of Duty on the Wii, what would you expect?
Surely I'm not the only regular online FPS player on any platform who hasn't struggled while playing The Conduit or Reflex. I can't get to grips with the aiming whatsoever.
